Barbarossa
Document Archive
In this newest section of my Barbarossa blog one will find thousands of pages of documents I have created over the past two decades containing research I have done on the Russo-German War 1941/45. Most of the files address Operation Barbarossa and the first 9 or 10 months of the fighting on the eastern front (Jun 41 - Apr 42); there is also a large file covering Army Group South's withdrawal to the Dnepr River in the summer of 1943 (perhaps GFM von Manstein's greatest achievement in WW2. Anyone researching these periods of combat on the eastern front is welcome to use these documents, share them with others, etc. All of my research notebooks were prepared with exquisite attention to detail, so please rest assured that the information has been accurately recorded.
